Urgent legal assistance for arrest, bail, FIR, police custody, domestic violence and court emergencies. Available 24/7.
If you or a family member has been arrested, call immediately. Under BNSS Section 58, you have the right to a lawyer and must be produced before a magistrate within 24 hours. Every hour without representation weakens your position.
If bail is needed urgently — regular bail, anticipatory bail, or default bail — we prepare and file the application on priority. For non-bailable offences, early filing can prevent extended custody.
If police refuse to register your FIR, we help you file before the Magistrate under BNSS Section 175, send a complaint to the SP, or file a Zero FIR at another station.
For domestic violence emergencies, we help you file a complaint under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, seek protection orders, and coordinate with the Protection Officer in Paschim Bardhaman.
If you are being called for questioning, summoned repeatedly, or harassed by police, legal representation protects your rights. A lawyer can accompany you and prevent self-incrimination.
If you missed a court date or ignored a summons, a warrant may be issued. We help you surrender, recall the warrant, and regularise your appearance before the court issues a non-bailable warrant.
1. Right to know the grounds of arrest. Under BNSS Section 47, the police must inform you of the grounds of arrest at the time of arrest. You have the right to ask and the police are bound to tell you.
